"We found Landon based on a recommendation and boy were we thankful to have stumbled upon his business! The work we needed done included the removal of a load bearing wall and a full bathroom/closet renovation. After getting multiple bids from other contractors we felt most confident after meeting Landon. He is kind, personable, knowledgeable, and responsive – he will actually return your calls and emails in a reasonable time! Plus, he and his team of guys, Joe and (name of other guy?!), know their stuff and do great work!! I’m always a little weary of being taken advantage of from contractors, mechanics, or repair techs, but I never once felt that way from Landon and his team. I even had my Dad on the phone who is a contractor back home in the Midwest, FaceTiming to show him what they were doing with the wall, and the guys and Landon all talked him through what they were doing. After how well the wall removal went we then hired LNL to redo our master bathroom which was an extensive job full of wall demo/building, moving plumbing, tiling, flooring, basically all of the construction things you can think of! They understood our desire to create a more modern feel to our home while continuing to maintain the vintage heritage. They assisted us with design choices and helped us stay within our budget. "Our home had water damage in the laundry room. Repairs were required for floors and interior/exterior walls. We chose Landon Linville and LnL Construction because of the positive reviews and recommendations from satisfied customers. My husband and I appreciated Landon and his crew for their reliability. They arrived when they said they would and did the job they promised. That matters! In addition, LnL Construction folks are capable and knowledgeable. They have the expertise to accomplish the repairs necessary to repair the damage, replace the walls & flooring, and install a new window. In addition to being reliable and capable, Landon and his crew are friendly and personable, yet always professional. A very nice surprise was how neat and clean LnL Construction worked. They took measures to keep construction debris from reaching the rest of our home. They stacked materials, put away tools, and swept up debris at the end of each work day. He met, then exceeded, our expectations. So much so, that we engaged the company to build a new pergola and outdoor shower in our backyard.
